Breaker - when to take a work break?

The best way to stay productive while the work is to do regular breaks. It is important to relax, recharge, rest your eyes and fingers and prevent multiple health problems.

Breaker is a tool that notifies you when it's time to take a break. It is intended for those working intensively on the computer who usually forgets to take breaks during working hours.

Breaker allows you to set schedules for work and others to break. When the pause time ends it will give you a message, time to get back to work.

Breaker is very simple to use and its interface contains all the options you set your work hours and breaks. The program offers two types of configurations (single and Pattern).

In setting "Single" you set the working time, the pause time and number of repetitions of those times during the day. For example, setting the working hours for one hour, the time interval for 20 minutes and the loop for 6 times, you spend total of 8 hours at work.

However, if you need to set times of work and stop that vary throughout the day, the best option is the "Pattern", which lets you create a custom pattern of working time and breaks during the day.

For example, you can create a different pattern with pauses, with times of 30 minutes of work, followed by breaks of five minutes, with a hiatus of four times after 30 minutes of work.

After configuring the Breaker, click "Start" to start timing. Moving the mouse over the icon of the Breaker in the system tray you can see how long until the next break.

When time is a pause, a notification appears in your system tray. Likewise, when the pause time is finished, a notification will remind you that it's back to work.

This seems really helpful! Too bad I'd never need it... I get too distracted from my work. I even get distracted from my distractions :(

I think this would be useful even for someone who doesn't work constantly. Even gamers need to take breaks occasionally....*blasphemy!!*
